Our cookery school is second to none, offering a wide range of tailored options, from residential week-long courses, to afternoon classes, for those of you already staying in Morocco. Taught by a Moroccan tutor, who is fluent in English, we keep class sizes small and intimate, to ensure that everyone can make the most of their tutor’s extensive culinary knowledge and expertise.

Residential Courses

Our cookery holidays are jam packed with different dishes, from the tagine, to couscous, and celebration dishes. As we are cooking, we fill in the gaps as to the origin of the dishes and why they eat certain foods at certain times.

We like to make sure that you get the most out of your stay, so we have very small class numbers to maximise the time you get to practice those recipes. There will never be more than 6 people in a class at one time.

Our week’s cookery holiday includes: an exclusive recipe/note book; a most sought after Bessaha Holidays apron; 6 full days to learn, create and explore Morocco and all its culinary delights; and a stay in one of our newly refurbished rooms, with towels provided. All guests’ stays are full board, inclusive of: breakfast, lunch, and dinner; as well as, complementary tea, coffee, bottled water, fruit juices and fresh fruit, in the communal areas, throughout the day. Guests also have unlimited access to our on-site hammam. Airport transfers, to and from Agadir Airport are included in the cost of your holiday (an additional supplement will be required to provide transfers from Marrakech Airport). And on your free weekday afternoons, we also provide a free shuttle service to and from Agadir beach, and central market.

A typical itinerary for one of our residential cookery courses would be:
